Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or use our return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.

Pack with Care

Carefully pack the unopened tile boxes on a pallet or in secure packaging to prevent breakage during transit, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
